Titus Introduction

Titus was built on the principles of elite level athletic training.  Focused on improving the five key physical qualities needed to optimize human performance – mobility/flexibility, speed, strength, agility and endurance, Titus coaches employ the same principles, methods and techniques to physically develop each person engaged in our affiliating programs.

Our team’s expertise and previous training experiences have help build Titus’ worldwide reputation.  Our roster of clients is highlighted by Olympians, Military Special Operations Soldiers, Heisman trophy winners, Butkus Award winners, Jim Thorpe Award winners, X Games World Champions and many other top performers.  We have the experience and skill set necessary to develop and deliver specific regimens, programming, nutrition, and recovery plans based on the specific needs of each individual regardless of ability, level, sport, mission or task.
